Terms & Conditions of the Historypast Affiliate Program

After reading and agreeing to these terms sign up as an affiliate making sure to check the no SPAM and agreement check boxes.

Once processed you will receive your affiliate code and password to allow you to start marketing your new program.

We reserve the right to refuse affiliates from marketing our program on sites promoting such things as sex, violence, illegal activities, etc.

This agreement starts when you are issued your affiliate code. We reserve the right to terminate the program at any time or change the terms of our program at any time. You may terminate your affiliate program at any time. We reserve the right to terminate any affiliate that gives us reasonable cause to do so.

4) Money:

Commissions on trackable on-line sales are paid on gross sales not including shipping and handling. We use both cookie tracking and server side tracking in addition to encoding affiliates id's into our postal address. Our cookies are non-expiring so repeat visits that do not come directly from your site will still count towards your commissions if the cookie is not otherwise removed.

Commissions are paid on gross sales actually collected from customers. Sales are eligible for commissions after the 30 days from end of the month order was placed.expired (i.e. if a sale is made on the 15th, it will not show up on your check on the 30th, it will show up on the next months check).

You understand you are acting as an independent party and as such are responsible for your own taxes and any other liabilities. You agree that you are not authorized to act on our behalf other than marketing our classified advertisements. as an independent party for a commission.

Checks are written monthly for any amounts due. There are no minimum limits.

Commissions are only paid on orders that are paid in full. If transactions incur a chargeback it will not count towards affiliates commissions. If commissions have already been paid on a chargeback that amount will be deducted from future checks.

You may make purchases from your own affiliate code.
